Quarterly fuel tax, filed on time, every time.
The International Fuel Tax Agreement requires interstate carriers to report fuel use and miles driven per state each quarter. Miss a deadline and your IFTA license — and your ability to run legally — is at risk.
What this covers
We collect your trip and fuel receipts, calculate miles driven and fuel purchased by jurisdiction, and file your quarterly IFTA return with your base state before the deadline.
We also handle your annual IFTA license and decal renewal, and correct any past filings if a state flags a discrepancy.
Who this is for
Any qualified motor vehicle running in two or more IFTA member jurisdictions — generally trucks over 26,000 lbs or with three or more axles.
Deadlines to know
IFTA returns are due the last day of the month following each quarter (April 30, July 31, October 31, January 31). We build your filing reminder around your specific base state's exact cutoff.
- Apr 30Q1 return
- Jul 31Q2 return
- Oct 31Q3 return
- Jan 31Q4 return
