Do I need a package, or can I just pay per filing?
Either works. Packages are built for fleets that renew the same set of permits every year and want it handled automatically — one-off filings (like a single trip permit) are billed individually, no package required.
What if my fleet grows mid-year?
You can move up a tier any time; we prorate the difference for the remainder of your renewal cycle so you're never paying twice.
Are state filing fees included in the price?
No — the package price covers our filing and compliance service. State, IRP, and IFTA fees are passed through at cost, and we'll always show you the breakdown before filing.
Can I cancel if it's not a fit?
Yes. There's no long-term contract — you can cancel before your next renewal cycle at any time.
