JMD Truck Permit Inc started as a two-person permit desk helping local owner-operators file paperwork the state kept bouncing back. Today we manage authority, registration, and compliance filings for fleets from one truck to over a hundred.

Opened as a small permit-filing office in Fresno, CA, helping local owner-operators with UCR renewals and IFTA filings.
- 2017
Added IRP registration and multi-state fuel permit filing as clients began running interstate routes.
- 2020
Built out a dedicated DOT compliance desk to support drug & alcohol testing and new entrant audits.
- 2023
Crossed 3,000 trucks under active management and expanded coverage to all 48 contiguous states.
- Today
A 14-person team of permit specialists, filing clerks, and a compliance advisor, still answering the phone ourselves.
